Market environment facing Reading festival (Blog Part 2)

Record of meetings – Jake:

The second meeting was held on Friday the 15th again at approximately 3.15pm in the UWE library. Everyone attended being Will Smith, Jake Bell, Ben Caygill and Matthew Wincott.

Discussions- Will:

During the second meeting we discussed the micro and macroeconomic factors effecting the industry as well as introducing a TOWS analysis for the industry relating to Reading Festival.

Progress report- Matt:

A lot of progress has been made in relation to researching the micro and macroeconomic factors of the festival industry. There has also been lots of progress regarding the completion of a TOWS analysis for Reading Festival.

Individual contributions – Ben:

Will – Contributed the macroeconomic factors for the festival industry.

Jake – Contributed the microeconomic factors for the festival industry.

Ben – Contributed the full TOWS analysis of the festival industry and shared it with the group in the meeting.

Matt- Contributed his first thoughts on how to tackle the infographic and how we should present it.

Action points – Will and Ben:

–              Start to making more progress on the infographic.

–              Keep up to date with workshop and lecture material.
